Natural Rest is an Australian brand delivering pure natural latex mattresses and pillows to customers around the world. We keep shipping information clear before you place an order, and we will help if anything needs attention after dispatch.
Where we ship
We offer delivery to a growing range of international destinations. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout. If we cannot serve your region, checkout will let you know before payment is taken.
Order processing
Most in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. If an item requires additional preparation, we will show the estimated timing on the product page or contact you with an update. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping cost and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout before you complete your order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, because carrier networks and border processing are outside our direct control.
Customs, duties and taxes
For deliveries outside Australia, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by the destination authority or carrier. Unless checkout clearly states that these charges are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Please provide a complete delivery address and a contact number where required by the carrier. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction; changes may not be possible once an order has entered the carrier network.
Delays, missing parcels and transit damage
If a parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant. We will work with the carrier and explain the next steps. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
